By accessing or using PrixTours, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Service Description

PrixTours is a cloud-based platform that allows users to create, customize, host, and share interactive 3D virtual tours from 360° photographs. The service includes tour creation tools, customization options, hosting, and sharing capabilities.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PrixTours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize use of all content you upload.
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Your content does not contain malicious software, illegal material, or harmful content.

Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Downgrading your plan may result in loss of access to features or content that exceed the limits of your new plan.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

PrixTours is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of PrixTours after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
